Hey! I’m Sarah Melvin, CEO of REN Operations and this is a little about me.
I was born into the world of business and grew up alongside my father’s multi-million dollar landscaping business, LTD Landscaping, in Houston Tx. At 16, I started working in his business, spending the next 12 years growing and learning the intricacies of building a business through relationships, impact, and efficiency.
When the time came for me to follow in my family’s entrepreneurial footsteps, I started my business, REN Bookkeeping, as an online bookkeeper while attending college to obtain my Bachelor’s in accounting with the plan of becoming a CPA.
As a wife, mother to 3 small kids, a business owner, and a student I began struggling to keep up. At 29, I was diagnosed with ADHD. I began researching and learning more about ADHD and found my passion wasn’t in becoming a CPA but in operations. I became a Certified Director of Operations, transforming my business into REN Operations, where the ADHD Business Operations Mastermind came to life.
